Similar to how the BI (Business Intelligence) Reports allow you to filter on values like process name or domain, there should be exlusions as well to show results except for those containing certain values
Allow the ability to merge or link employee accounts, such as duplicates that may occur due to changing hostnames of a computer, or an employee changing computers and therefore a new local user account is being monitored
Control default monitoring separately for users and computers
Split 'Enable Monitoring For New Agents By Default' setting to be enabled or disabled by user OR computer, instead of enabling/disabling monitoring for both
When an employee is using multiple monitors, the screen recording picks up all the screens in use, and it shows them both on playback. It would be helpful if the screen recording only captured active screens.
