Request: Depending on job function/day-to-day duties, an acceptable average Activity Level will vary. The target Activity Level for a Dept. or Position can be noted outside Teramind but not within the UI. Including the ability to assign target Activity Levels will improve the quality and efficiency of productivity monitoring.
Potential use cases:
Counting days under/over prescribed Activity Level target
Filtering reports by under/over prescribed Activity Level target to see which Dept. and/or Position has the most
Exporting a BI Report that only shows under/over the prescribed Activity Level target
Utilizing geolocation reporting, comparing target Activity Level adherence based upon working location
If such a target Activity Level ever made its way into Behavior Rules, an alert could fire if an employee has more than X days under their target Activity Level in a given week (the same could be applied to hours below target within a single day)
Current Functionality: The extent to which this is available today rests solely in configuring a specific kind Grid Widget, and its impact is mostly visual-only through custom color-coding.
User Guide\BI Reports\Editing / Configuring a BI Widget\4:
"4. If you select APPLICATIONS & WEBPAGES, INPUT ACTIVITY, WORK TIME, or any of the DATA SOURCES that has a GRAPH option, you will see additional options near the bottom of the window. You can configure the thresholds and color schemes for Active/Idle Time and Activity (%). You can choose from Default, Discrete, and Gradient color options. If you choose the Discrete option, you can use the Plus + or Minus - buttons to add/remove thresholds or adjust them by dragging the small orange circles. If you choose the Gradient option, you can enter hexadecimal values in the Gradient start and Gradient end fields. Or, you can click the small color boxes to select colors from a pop-up color palette."
