Window/Tab title change for open Shared Lists

• The window/tab title for the Configure-->Shared List overview page is "Teramind - Shared Lists"

• The window/tab title for an opened Shared List, when viewing or editing it, also appears as "Teramind - Shared Lists"

When many tabs are open, it'd be easier to find the right tab if the browser window/tab title said the name of the opened Shared List in that window/tab

• Example: A Shared List named "Competitor Email Domains" is being edited. The window/tab title says something like "Teramind - Shared List - Competitor Email Domains"
