List duration an employee spent in each activity range/level
Ability to report the duration an employee has spent within each Activity score % range/color group (red/yellow/green) For example, show a report that an employee spent 3 hours at 1-25% activity, 1 hour at 25-50% activity, and 2 hours 50%+ activity
Emailed BI Reports should allow CSV or PDF attachments
Allow scheduled BI (Business Intelligence) Report emails to contain a CSV or PDF file as an attachment rather than a zip fileFor example, the reports under the Monitoring menu than can be exported do allow the email to contain eithe a CSV or PDF.
Display deliberate disconnects different than network issues
Allow Session reports to show the reason for breaks/disruptions to differentiate background network stability issues from user-initiated network changes like switching networks, going offline, shutting down, logging off, etc.
