Add Access Control permissions for filter/view options on employees and computers lists

Request: Add Access Control permissions for the various status-related filtering/viewing options in the List of Employees page and/or Computers page (All, Not Deleted, Deleted, Access to Dashboard, Locked Out, Monitored, Not Monitored)

Use Case: Some analysts have access the TM dashboard, and their permissions are configured through RBAC policies. They'll need limited access to all employees and computers, but that access should only apply to active/current employees/machines. Allowing access to the list of employees and computers doesn't prevent the analyst from viewing or sorting by deleted employees and computers.

Current Functionality: Access to the List of Employees or Computers includes the ability to filter the list by all dropdown options. (All, Not Deleted, Deleted, Access to Dashboard, Locked Out, Monitored, Not Monitored)
