Behavior Rule Change Log Enhancements

There is an opportunity for more user-friendly features regarding changes made in Behavior Rules via two suggested approaches.

1. Additional info/options within the Behavior Rule editor

   1. What specifically changed in the Rule?

      1. Renamed?

      2. Moved or copied to another Policy?

      3. What Conditions were edited?

      4. What was added or removed?

   2. Who made the Rule edits?

   3. Add a button to revert the Rule to one of the previous states

2. Additional info in the System Log/Audit BI regarding Rule changes

   1. Same as above, excluding C, but in a different place in Teramind
