There is a need to address the appearance of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in email notifications when certain rules are violated or triggered. Specifically, notifications from DLP tools indicate PII (such as social security and routing numbers) in mailboxes, which may be included in email alerts when rules are triggered.
This request is to ensure that PII is excluded from these email notifications, or to provide an option to disable or adjust this behavior to prevent the inclusion of PII in notifications.
Requirements:
Exclude PII from appearing in email notifications when a rule is violated or triggered.
Provide an option to disable or adjust notifications to limit the exposure of PII.
