Currently, the creator of a cloned BI Report has the option to add Report access to other instance users in the form of gear icon\"Share View-Only" and "Share View & Edit".
When granting Report access with "Share View & Edit", while the added users can adjust elements of the BI Report, the added user cannot then add newer users to that BI Report.
Only the actual creator of the BI Report is able to add new users to the report.
Request: When adding users to your cloned BI Report with full access, allow those added users to use the "Share View-Only" and "Share View & Edit" options when clicking the gear icon.
Note: The original creator or owner of the BI Report should be able to remove that BI Report from their dashboard without deleting the BI Report altogether if there has been a new full-access user added to take over ownership.
