would be great to see recordings in your own timezone (browser based). you could add it next to the Language dropdown under the My Profile - Account Info.
I am based in the US and I work on US/Eastern time. I would like to set the revealed agent time zone to US/Eastern so I can trap my time worked per day; right now it’s on Israel time and each day worked spans 2 days because of the time difference. This makes it impossible for me to see how much I've worked each day.
