Ability to set the lunch time and use it in the agent schedule rules as an exception, i.e. not to activate the rules during lunch time.
This is great Dennis, However most of our users don't have constant Lunch breaks. They can take it anytime they want. It would be great if monitoring will be disabled once they select "LUNC" from their tasklist.
