When creating a custom dashboard, it would be ideal to have a Policy Usage widget where you can see of your policy rules and provide statistics on the number of policy alert rules that have been triggered and by the last trigger date. This way provides a clear visibility of all rules that are enabled to ensure functionality. Furthermore, it provides insight into any new rules that have been created and have not yet been triggered where it may require attention to tweak the rule.
