Kindly Add RTL and Arabic Language as in Middle East no body understand any language apart from Arabic even if they are fluent in English they need Arabic

Unfortunately RTL languages are especially difficult to add because they require quite a bit of layout reworking. We also don't have enough demand to justify the resources that this would take away from other feature requests.
