Email notifications

Ability to send an e-mail to the employee’s (x) supervisor(y) when the Teramind administrator(z) changes the monitoring policy of the employee(x).

add the ability to change it to something like once per day, twice per day, etc, and that we also add an ability to align the text to left justification.
