It is very neccessary to protect our agent's functionality and keep it running but now the admin can enter the folder and stop the service, delete\rename\modify the config files and... Kindly harden the agent security
Ability to set how long rule violation warning messages are displayed on the employee's screen and allow warning to remain on screen until acknowledged
Remotely start/stop Teramind sessions for the revealed agent
Remotely start a task for a revealed agent user (if signed into the agent but a task isn't yet started) and stop/log out employees from the agent remotely
Customize the "Reconnecting..." notification to be smaller or disappear and return only periodically to avoid distracting employees experiencing connectivity issues
Ability to select break/lunch or system detect no activity (Revealed Agent)
Abililty to submit a note or select a reason inside the revealed agent for stopping a task or being idle and to also act as a reminder to Start a task again when resuming work These options should be available even when a task is not started
