Create the ability to assign manager review to an Alert via a ticketing system. Who is working on the Alert? What Alerts have been reviewed? Checkbox to mark which Alerts have been reviewed Comment field to correlate an alert to a Jira ticket number
Add ability to change admin's permission to different Access Levels for training purposes
Allow for true Administrators to set their role as "Employee" "Ops Admin" "Infra Admin" etc for within the dashboard so that the can train other users on how to use TM without having to avoid certain pages.
It is very neccessary to protect our agent's functionality and keep it running but now the admin can enter the folder and stop the service, delete\rename\modify the config files and... Kindly harden the agent security
