Manual or automated data purging for On-Premise instances can be done today with a script, as the previous commenter mentioned. This Knowledge Base Article 'How to remove user data to meet GDPR compliance (On-Premise)' walks through both manual and automatic approaches. It may be beneficial to coordinate a call with Support and your Customer Success Manager to put this current functionality into action.

    Hello,

When do you estimate this development will be completed? According to GDPR rules we need to delete data after 30 days, including from the BI reports menu.

    Thanks

I would like to see this feature working and getting into GA soon.

Currently the data needs to be purged manually running a script - it takes down the application and needs a maintenance window. If this happens automatically within the product it would be great !! Please let us know the ETA for this feature.

I would like to suggest the inclusion of an option for retention with a specific number of days for all activities. At times, there is no requirement to retain activity data from three years ago, and in such cases, it would be beneficial to have the ability to purge these activities. This feature would enhance efficiency and streamline our processes.

Thank you for considering this proposal.

Better than this is to have an option to provide our own s3 bucket or any cloud storage and they can put everything there after a period of time.

since recording period only goes back 6 months, can set an expiration date on monitoring.
example: move employee to a new computer or terminate employee - sets license monitoring expiration date 6 months from now and we can override the expiration date.

this should ideally span all of the different places data are stored. Including, Video, audio, OCR, etc.
